If you are a new patient, you can complete our Patient Information Form online and submit this prior to your first appointment. If you prefer, you can download the form, complete and return it to prof.ramon.varcoe@gmail.com prior to your first appointment. Alternatively, this form can be completed by you upon attending your first appointment.
If you are a patient who lives outside of Sydney, you can also complete our Rural/Remote Patient Form and return it to prof.ramon.varcoe@gmail.com prior to booking your first appointment. This form enables Prof Varcoe and his staff to assess whether travelling to Sydney for an appointment is necessary and feasible for you.
Consultation Fees
Full payment is required at the conclusion of every appointment. Our staff can process your Medicare Rebate for you, if you are registered with Medicare Online.
First Consultation: $300 (attracts a Medicare Rebate of approximately $81.30 with a valid Medicare Card)Second and Subsequent Consultations: $150 (attracts a Medicare Rebate of approximately $40.85 with a valid Medicare Card)

Surgical Fees
Due to the large variation of surgical procedures a Vascular Surgeon performs, different surgical procedures will incur different sets of fees. Prof Varcoe’s staff will provide the applicable item numbers and fees in writing after you have discussed and agreed upon treatment with Prof Varcoe during your appointment.
